Really good Service and Great Location!

The location is great, very convenient to shops and dining! Allan at the concierge desk was cute and helpful. He offered valuable advice about exploring the area.. including travel to and from places! The responsiveness of the housekeeping team was also fantastic. They promptly addressed any requests we had.

The gym required navigating stairs, a bit tiring before a workout.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, particularly Diksha and Payel at reception. Allan's really good customer service stood out. He consistently greeted guests with a warm smile and provided helpful tips and recommendations.

shali at the reception upgraded my room to a really lovely apartment. it had everything i needed, and the apartment smelled nice and clean. i was happy the hotel did not have a nightclub because it was very quiet at night, great for good sleep. lots of other neighboring hotels have clubs (it can get loud!).

the hotel lacks proper car parking. my car ended up parked under a tree. this resulted in some bird droppings on it (i wish it was covered).

the rooftop pool offered a great space to relax. the gym had modern equipment for a complete workout. access to both facilities was easy and well maintained (i really enjoyed my time there).

The rooms are okay but need some upgrades. The TVs are outdated, and the windows are sealed shut, so fresh air is not available.

i arrived with a lot of baggage! mohamed, a young bellboy, helped me so much. he was professional and friendly. he made sure my things were brought safely to my room. allan the concierge was also friendly and helpful, he made conversations enjoyable. haroon from valet took great care of my car every day! arun from housekeeping kept my room super clean. i really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone.

The wi-fi speed in my room could be improved. It was a bit slow at times. it made it hard to stream videos. i hope they can upgrade it soon.
