Really good Service and Great Location!
great location helpful concierge valuable advice responsive housekeeping
The location is great, very convenient to shops and dining! Allan at the concierge desk was cute and helpful. He offered valuable advice about exploring the area.. including travel to and from places! The responsiveness of the housekeeping team was also fantastic. They promptly addressed any requests we had.
The gym required navigating stairs, a bit tiring before a workout.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, particularly Diksha and Payel at reception. Allan's really good customer service stood out. He consistently greeted guests with a warm smile and provided helpful tips and recommendations.

fantastic room upgrade!
lovely apartment clean apartment quiet night neighboring hotel
shali at the reception upgraded my room to a really lovely apartment. it had everything i needed, and the apartment smelled nice and clean. i was happy the hotel did not have a nightclub because it was very quiet at night, great for good sleep. lots of other neighboring hotels have clubs (it can get loud!).
the hotel lacks proper car parking. my car ended up parked under a tree. this resulted in some bird droppings on it (i wish it was covered).

the rooftop pool offered a great space to relax. the gym had modern equipment for a complete workout. access to both facilities was easy and well maintained (i really enjoyed my time there).

the breakfast selection provided a wide variety of options. there was food for every taste, from breads to hot dishes and fresh fruit. the staff in the dining area were friendly.

outdated tvs sealed windows
The breakfast had a wide selection. The staff were accommodating and offered valet parking (i liked that).
The rooms are okay but need some upgrades. The TVs are outdated, and the windows are sealed shut, so fresh air is not available.

wonderful staff made my stay special
great assistance warm hospitality
i arrived with a lot of baggage! mohamed, a young bellboy, helped me so much. he was professional and friendly. he made sure my things were brought safely to my room. allan the concierge was also friendly and helpful, he made conversations enjoyable. haroon from valet took great care of my car every day! arun from housekeeping kept my room super clean. i really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone.
The wi-fi speed in my room could be improved. It was a bit slow at times. it made it hard to stream videos. i hope they can upgrade it soon.

the hotel is centrally located. it is easy to access nearby attractions plus there are shopping and dining options around. i found it very convenient for getting around. this location provided great access to all the local experiences.

the staff was so polite, attentive, and always ready to assist me with a smile. kuya allan from the concierge team offered advice on family-friendly activities. he made sure i had everything we needed. this hotel were very good too deliver excellent service.

The bathroom was small and dated. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter and we shared a double bed. I found that the conditions did not meet my expectations. The staff was nice but it wasn't enough to compensate.

the room service was prompt. the room had a modern design. breakfast offered multiple choices including both continental and local options. the staff were very courteous and always available to assist with requests.
i found the gym equipment to be slightly dated.
